Shipping:
We offer USPS Priority Mail only on our light-weight products: Cell Phone, VHF Radio, DU & DUS pouches and some smaller digital camera housings! Video and SLR housings ship UPS only! UPS Shipping is available as well, for light-weight pouches at the posted rates. UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Multiple item orders are only billed a one-time shipping fee per address, however orders containing multiple shipping addresses will be billed additional "per address" shipping fee/s. Full Circle Enterprises and KeepItDryCase.com are not responsible for delays caused by natural events, (storms, etc.) that prevent carriers from being able to deliver to an affected zone, in a timely manner. No additional, or hidden charges will be added when placing your order. Our shipping rates are posted below!
All orders to ship in one to two business days. We try to ship your order the next business day but we don't guarantee that 100% of the time. If you have an "absolute" deadline, please choose the appropriate shipping option and type your information in the "comments" section while checking out, if we can't meet the deadline we'll contact you immediately!
You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon placement of your order and a UPS tracking number when the order ships. Note: (Some IP companies have introduced very tight SPAM filters and there is always a possibility that our e-mailings could be rejected.)

Returns Policy:
We have a very friendly and flexible returns policy as well. If your order arrives 'defective' please notify us within 7 business days and we will replace it or issue a credit for the full purchase price including our shipping charges toward the purchase of another product. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manual and accessories. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid back to Full Circle Enterprises. We do not accept returns sent COD or Freight Collect. All products must have an RMA before any item/s will be accepted for refund, replacement or exchange.
If your order arrives 'damaged' please inspect the container for shipping damage and contact us. Save all damaged containers and enclosed materials. Contact us and we will work with you and UPS to obtain a new case.
If you should decide that you don't like or don't want your product you may return it for a refund, less our shipping charges. Contact us within 7 business days for an RMA. The following restrictions apply: There will be a 15% restocking fee applied to 'non-defective' returns. Product must be in 'AS NEW' resaleable condition. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Please note that an RMA does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. All returns must be shipped back to us freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or Freight Collect. All returns must have an RMA or shipment will be refused. After 21 days absolutely no refunds.
Warranty:
Ewa-Marine products have a one year warranty. This policy is subject to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty, which is included with each housing. If your Ewa-Marine product is in need of warranty repair, please send it to RTS INC, 40-11 Burt Drive, Deer Park, NY 11729 (631) 242-6801, along with a copy of your receipt.
Out of Warranty Repair: (after one year warranty period)
In most cases we are able to repair any damage caused by wear and tear as well as force.
(No repair will be possible, if an attempt has been made to glue the housing. Glue damages the molecular structure irreversibly. In case of an emergency only the use of silicon glue may be used to seal the housing provisionally.)
Please send the damaged housing to the following address with a note explaining the problem. In case of shipments from outside the EU, mark the parcel "damaged goods for repair by manufacturer" and state a value of US$ 1,-- or Euro 1,-- for custom purposes. Also include payment for the return shipment or your UPS, DHL or FedEx customer account number.

Please test the housing about 4-6 weeks prior to your dream holiday. That way, should damage have occurred since you last used your housing, we will be able to receive your housing, repair it and return it before you leave.
Important:
Close your new housing (without camera) and squeeze gently to be sure it is air-tight before you immerse it in water! Be sure to repeat this test before each use of your housing. Please be sure to put your camera in your new Ewa-Marine housing and try it out for fit and feel. Housings are factory tested but make sure you are satisfied. Immersion in water voids return policy options!
Note:
Special camera insurance policies can be taken out. Some insurance companies will insure cameras against loss and damage. Owners of expensive equipment are recommended to take advantage of such policies because the above manufacturer's warranty applies only to the Ewa-Marine housing and not to the camera.
