After years of selling the Ewa-Marine product range, there always seems to be more and more information that customers request to assist them in making a decision on the housing that is right for them. When we see a pattern of similar inquiries that persist over a long period of time, we try to get that information on our product pages. If these questions can't be properly addressed in a line or two of copy, we then try to fit a short paragraph in an existing section such as "FAQ", "Tips & Tricks", or "Online Manuals".
We've created - "More Ewa-Marine Info" - to be our future catch-all section for adding new and relevant information for you, our customers, based on common questions and to further explain various aspects of the product that we feel will be helpful to you. We also try to inform customers about the unique features of the flexible housing as manufactured by Ewa-Marine, while dispelling myths and rumors that circulate on dive forum boards, or other online communities where a few will always be found trying to downplay the Ewa-Marine product line, even going as far as saying that they are nothing more than a Ziploc bag - when nothing could be further from the truth! If you find yourself evaluating the possibilities of an Ewa-Marine product, be it an all-purpose pouch, a hurricane hood or a camera housing - we hope you'll take advantage of these sections to better acquaint yourself with our products, how they're made, who uses them and the real facts regarding these products.
We don't think you'll find another flexible housing to compete with an Ewa Marine model, sold by any of our competitors, who offer the illusion of our products but are actually copies of the original Ewa housing. Side by side, there is no other flexible product to compare to individually "fitted housings", anodized metal closure rails and optical glass in the lens ports. We hope you'll find our product reviews and shopping comparisons helpful in making a decision to try Ewa-Marine yourself.
